Valued at over $25,000, The Brian Land Memorial Young Professional Scholarship is awarded annually to a young professional to provide them with growth and professional development opportunities.

Kaley Field, the 2024 winner, emphasized the importance of acquiring new tools for focused growth and effective mentorship.

“I’m ready to take this journey not just for me, but for my team, my company, my volunteer work, my family, and for my entrepreneurial nine-year-old daughter with BIG dreams to break glass ceilings,” Field shared.

One significant insight from Sandler that Field mentioned was the “Improving Your BAT’ting Average” lesson, which underscores the importance of behavior in driving attitudes and success. This has empowered her to adopt a mindset of possibility over limitation, a pivotal shift towards achieving her goals. Field has already seen this significantly impact her work as a project manager at IntelliShift.

Valued at over $80,000, the “Annual Non-Profit Scholarship” is awarded each year to one of many nonprofit organizations that apply.

Dr. Lori Basey of No Boundaries International (NBI), the 2024 winner, underscored the critical need for advanced business management and leadership training within her organization.

“Sandler is a beautiful example of how a business can do their part with a much-needed service of excellence that they provide to then impact those who are in desperate need on our city streets by pouring into us so that we will be able to do more. This will change our effectiveness trajectory, and we are truly grateful.” Basey explained, emphasizing the scholarship’s role in furthering NBI’s mission.

NBI’s commitment to evaluated growth through Sandler is a testament to the program’s potential to foster continuous development. “You only experience growth by what is evaluated,” Basey notes, highlighting the transformative impact of Sandler’s approach on NBI’s culture and outreach efforts.
