If you have signed any sort of agreement with us, the refund policy will be contained in that agreement.
If you have not signed an agreement, in order to be eligible for a refund, you must request it in writing within 30 calendar days of your payment. After receiving your request, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you're reading this before sending us money because you're concerned about a situation that may require a refund, don't take a risk! We only work with people we trust, and that should go both ways.
