The new Regent Center at Fox Lake North is nearing completion and is expected to open before the end of 2022. The fast-growing restaurant group Provision Concepts will open three new dining locations and relocate its headquarters to the new complex.

Opening soon

The Regent Center, just west of I-35, will host three new locations of existing Provision Concepts restaurants: Sidecar Barley and Wine Bar, Hatch Early Mood Food, and Chicken Foot.

Sidecar Barley and Wine Bar is a craft cocktail and wine bar with live music and a casual yet upscale atmosphere. Edmond will be the fifth Sidecar location, with others in Automobile Alley, Chisolm Creek, and Tulsa.

Hatch Early Mood Food is one of the metro’s most popular brunch destinations, providing a modern and unique brunch experience with made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch. Provision Concepts has six Hatch locations, marking it the largest concept within the group.

Chicken Foot specializes in fried chicken but offers many homestyle comforts, including freshly made Cinny Buns and hot sandwiches. Edmond will host its second location.

“We’re excited to bring some of our most popular concepts to Fox Lake,” said Jeff Dixon, co-owner of Provision Concepts. “Oklahomans love Hatch, Sidecar, and Chicken Foot, and we are looking forward to providing our guests with new and convenient locations featuring classic fan favorites alongside new menu items.”

About Provision Concepts

After spending decades in the restaurant industry, Jeff Dixon and Aaron Soward turned their dreams into reality, co-founding Provision Concepts in Aaron’s garage in 2013. The two had many years of experience managing restaurants, and both previously worked at another successful restaurant dynasty: the Hal Smith Group.

Broadway 10, an upscale chophouse in downtown Oklahoma City, was the first Provision Concepts restaurant and has continued to grow in popularity. Since then, the hospitality group has become one of the largest in the state, with nine original concepts that have served more than 3 million guests.

The restaurant group now has nearly 20 open or planned locations spanning from the Will Rogers World Airport all the way to Tulsa. Other concepts by Dixon and Soward include Birra Birra Craft Pizzeria, Bibi’s Craft Ice Cream, Bandee’s Barbecue, Culprits, and Riserva.

Edmond locations

Provision Concepts not only plans to bring additional restaurants to Edmond but also their corporate headquarters. They will be the second-largest tenant in the new Regent Center at Fox Lake North, trailing only the namesake tenant Regent Bank

The 40,000-square-foot mixed-use development broke ground in October 2021 and is expected to be complete in the coming months. With three stories, it will be one of Edmond’s single largest retail investments, led by Ashton Gray Construction and Tapp Development

The Provision Concepts restaurants will be the latest additions to the economic growth near the I-35 corridor and signal the continued expansion of Oklahoma City-based businesses into Edmond city limits.
