June 2020 ribbon cuttings

It’s easy to see the negative impact that COVID-19 has had on the business community here in Edmond. But some businesses are persevering and thriving during this time. Several companies have even launched during the pandemic.

For a few weeks in June, the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce was able to hold ribbon cuttings for brand new businesses before the escalating number of COVID-19 forced them to switch to virtual events. During that time, they held three ribbon cuttings:

• Lock It Up – June 5
• Frenzy Brewing – June 15
• Blocworks – June 26
