Edmond resident Jessica Clayton brings more than a decade of leadership experience to her new role.

Jessica Clayton is the new leader of Daily Living Centers of Oklahoma. Clayton brings more than a decade of leadership experience to her new roles of president and chief executive officer. She and her husband live in Edmond, and their two children attend Edmond Public Schools.

Clayton’s previous roles include executive positions at Mercy Health Foundation and First United Bank. Clayton is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, where her husband and parents also graduated. She is currently serving her second term as honorary commander for the Tinker Air Force Base 552nd Air Control Wing.

“I look forward to continuing Daily Living Centers’ legacy of compassion and advocacy for aging adults and adults with disabilities,” said Clayton. “Serving both caregivers and those being cared for is vital in our communities. These services impact the lives of so many families in our state.”

Daily Living Centers provides reliable services for caregivers who need extra support and participants who need a safe space for engagement, interaction or rest. Daily Living Centers seeks to make participants feel like honored guests, which is one reason the organization transports those it serves in limousines, including at the Edmond location on Wynn Drive.

“Quality respite care provides family members peace of mind and assurance that their loved ones’ needs are addressed,” said Clayton. “Wellness of mind, body, and spirit through socialization, nutrition, and staying active are made possible through community partnerships. My goal is to make organizational growth possible through servant leadership, strategic planning, advocacy and development.”

The Edmond location, which is led by Trena Inda, a licensed practical nurse, has undergone recent renovations to the building and parking lot.
