Ball Morse Lowe is a recognized, trusted, and respected law firm that has served businesses and individuals across Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado for more than a decade. The merger will establish a firm of 60 team members, including 12 attorneys and legal support staff in the expanded estate planning practice in Oklahoma City and Norman, along with a location in Edmond at the current Mugg Winston office.

Jetta Corporation acquisition

LongWater Opportunities announced the acquisition of Jetta Corporation. Founded in 1981 in Edmond, Jetta is a leading manufacturer of acrylic bathtubs and bathroom accessories. Selling its products through a network of home builders, plumbers, and regional distributors, Jetta has gained market share by providing industry-best lead times and superior customer service. This investment marks LongWater’s second platform acquisition in LWO Fund III.
