EEDA features Edmond businesses

The Edmond Economic Development Authority has an e-newsletter that provides support for Edmond businesses.

The Edmond Economic Development Authority has an e-newsletter called The Arrow that provides Edmond news and information as well as access to EEDA reports. The e-newsletter also includes a featured Edmond business each month. The featured business portion of The Arrow was created as an outlet for the EEDA to further support and promote the Edmond business community.

In 2021, the following businesses were featured in The Arrow:

  • ShowBiz Cinemas: a family entertainment center offering movies, bowling, arcade games, food, and more located at 3001 Market Street
  • Oklahoma Shoulder Center: a comprehensive orthopedic shoulder care service center offering a variety of services located at 101 S. Saints Boulevard
  • Paper Arts: a scrapbook and art boutique that provides top of the line supplies for scrapbooking, card making, mixed media, and arts and crafts located at 221 S. Santa Fe Avenue
  • Prescott Bridal: a bridal boutique offering wedding dresses, accessories, and trunk show events located at 3416 S. Bryant Avenue, Suite 120
  • Radvine Marketing: a multi-discipline marketing company offering services such as website design, video production, and search engine optimization located at 3206 Teakwood Lane
  • Plenty Mercantile: a sustainable lifestyle mercantile with a product and price point for every member of the family located at 1466 S. Bryant Avenue
  • Edmond Life & Leisure: a weekly publication geared strictly toward Edmond residents through carrier delivery, rack distribution, print replica, and digital located at 107 S. Broadway
  • Blocworks: an indoor climbing gym located at 104 S. Broadway
  • Frenzy Brewing Co.: a brewery offering beers on tap, wines, ciders, and sodas located at 15 S. Broadway
  • HABIT: a boutique offering men’s and women’s clothing and accessories at 3400 S. Bryant, Suite 140
  • Signarama: a full-service sign and graphics shop providing interior and exterior signage and more located at 3209 S. Broadway, Suite 103

About Sarah Dickson

Sarah Dickson is the communications director for the Edmond Economic Development Authority (EEDA). Sarah has been with the EEDA more than 10 years, serving in multiple communications roles. She is responsible for producing demographic, workforce, economic, and statistical reports as well as managing all communications for the organization.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute (OU/EDI) and Leadership Edmond Class XXV. Sarah serves on the boards for the Public Relations Society of America – Oklahoma City Chapter and the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education. She is also an active member of the Oklahoma Venture Forum.

Sarah has earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) as well as the designation of Certified Economic Developer (CEcD).
